Join Stephanie for this Springtime Recalibration Soundbath as we close the winter cycle and usher in the season of new beginnings. You’ll be immersed in a blissful symphony of healing vibrations throughout this deep journey within, designed to bring you into a prolonged state of rest and relaxation. This is the space where deep healing and energetic recalibration occurs, with the intention to clear away the remnants of winter's stagnation and prepare to awaken and bloom with nature.

This soundbath will include a variety of instruments such as a gong, singing bowls, drums, chimes, crystal pyramids, and other vibrational tools, creating etherial tapestries of sound.

Blankets and pillows are provided by Inner Path. Participants are welcome to bring an eye mask, water bottle, crystals and any other sacred items to create your sanctuary and be charged with sound frequency.
